Additional Staff:
Available for Bar or general Wait Duties
• $27.50 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours

Crockery:
• Dinner Plates $2.75 per person
• Dessert Plates $1.10 per person
• Side Plates $1.10 per person
• Customer to supply own crockery $1.10 surcharge per person
